Check permissions

To change the Replica ID of a database on a server, you must have one or both (I don't recall exactly) of the following two permissions granted on the Security tab of the Server document in the Domino Directory: Create databases and templates, Create new replicas. (I'm pretty sure it's the first permission that you need, but it's been a long time...)

In this case, it would be the user identity for the ID that Backup Exec runs under that must be listed.
